The Judicial Council shall: 1) Hear all cases in original jurisdiction which it deems are necessary. 2) Act as an appellate body for the lower and sub Judicial Council(s). 3) Coordinate and be responsible for the activities of sub Judicial Council(s). 4) Be empowered to render advisory opinions upon the request of a three-fourths (3/4ths) majority of the voting membership of the Senate.
