Duties and Powers of the Vice Chair:
1) In the absence or disability of both Co-Chairs, the Vice Chair shall perform all the duties
of the Co-Chairs, and shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions
upon, the Co-Chairs.
2) Shall perform such other duties that may be prescribed for them respectively by the
Board.
3) Shall record and distribute the minutes for the weekly Human Rights Board meetings.
4) Shall be required to have at least five (5) hours of tabling per quarter.
