1) Shall serve as proxy for the chair(s) if in any event they are unable to fulfill the duties of
being a chair
2) Shall ensure that other member of the committee are fulfilling their duties to the full extent
of what is required of them
3) Serve as an available aid to the chairs and other Coordinators in their event planning.
