RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend all weekly Editorial Board meetings, during which the Graphic Designer will provide weekly updates. If the Graphic Designer is unable to make any of these meetings or will be out of contact for a prolonged period of time during a print cycle, they should notify the executive editors to maintain good communication.
- Weekly reports during Editorial Board meetings should include ideas for the website in terms of cosmetic adjustments, as well as progress on the Special Print Edition design and formatting
- Be in charge of website maintenance and maintaining contact with Associated Students tech advisor (Sean Lieberman)
- Make stylistic changes to the website in accordance with TBL’s visual brand
- Updating the website weekly after publication, ensuring that there are no issues every week with publication
- Work with Marketing + Social Media to help design and create marketing materials for the newspaper
- Table at least once per quarter for recruitment/marketing efforts.
