1) Assist the Chair in leadership responsibilities and decision-making.
2) Assume the duties of the Chair when they are unavailable.
3) Support the Chair in coordinating external partnerships, outreach efforts, and student engagement initiatives.
4) Act as the liaison between GGC and other campus organizations.
5) Oversee and guide the work of Project Officers, including but not limited to hosting bi-weekly meetings to ensure alignment with GGC’s mission, strategic goals, and operational priorities.
6) Provide regular reports to the Commission on all ongoing and upcoming projects, initiatives, and outreach efforts.
7) Maintain an updated list of all active projects and track progress.
8) Take on additional responsibilities at the discretion of the Chair.
