The Vice Chair shall serve as the presiding officer of CCAJJ when both the offices of the Co-Chairs become vacant. When necessary, the Vice Chair shall join the Co-Chairs in executing papers and instruments on behalf of the Commission.

Assist the Chair in mediating and facilitating Board meetings.

Foster the growth of the Board through leadership on new ideas, projects, and programs.
